Terms of use
What the service does, and under which conditions
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. The service
Comptwar lets merchants open an online shop. CyberShield Dev Solutions provides the tool: the storefront, the cart, order taking and the follow-up e-mails.
Comptwar is a technical intermediary. Each shop is the seller: the sales contract is formed between you and the shop, which sets its own prices, lead times, delivery, returns and terms of sale.
Comptwar does not collect payment for orders. You pay the shop directly: on delivery, at pickup or by bank transfer to its account.
2. The account
A customer account belongs to one shop. Keep your password to yourself: an order placed from your account is deemed placed by you. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Shops are opened by the publisher and go live after its approval.
3. Shop commission
Comptwar is free for customers. Each shop pays the publisher a commission on paid orders, under the terms agreed with it. A shop can stop using the service at any time and take its data with it.
4. Shop teams
A shop can invite members of its team (manager, seller, read-only). It remains responsible for what they do on its behalf.
5. Fair use
Prohibited: selling illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products, misleading content, fake orders, scraping and any attempt at unauthorised access. Adults-only shops respect the legal age and the discretion they announce. In case of abuse, the publisher may suspend a shop or an account.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. The publisher does what is needed to keep it available and secure, without guaranteeing it will never be interrupted. Each shop alone answers for its products, their description, delivery and after-sales service: for an order, contact the shop first.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first (contact@cybersds.fr). Failing that, the competent courts of Parakou (Republic of Benin) have exclusive jurisdiction.
